Grade II Listed Georgian Terrace House in Marylebone

Built in 1803, this three-storey brick terrace house in Marylebone, which was part of the Georgian and Regency development, has now been beautifully restored into a family home.

Architecture by Locksley Architects

Remembering the stories that lie within this house was particularly important to our clients, who wanted to create a welcoming and comfortable interior that honoured the history of the house, which was once home to artisans and the creative tradespeople of London.

Working with Locksley Architects, who led the transformation, we created a modern and liveable home whilst retaining the historic soul of the house. The materials and colours were essential in adding character and interest to the interior. Inspired by the client’s beautiful belongings, we built a scheme that felt as if it always belonged.

The garden was designed and installed by our client, a landscape designer, who created a beautiful potted terrace with interesting species that bring colour, scent and texture to the outdoor space.
